Learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Prison, Thane submitted that, since 11th January, 2019 till 10th January, 2023 except the period of COVID-19 Pandemic, the Petitioner was produced before the Trial Court at Thane on several occasions. That, on certain occasions he was not produced for want of sufficient escort. Record further indicates that, the Petitioner has already been transferred to Thane Central Prison, Thane for facing the trial in Special MCOC Case No.6 of 2011.
