Learned A.P.P states that the present application seeking the applicant's enlargement on bail is rendered infructuous, inasmuch as the applicant has been acquitted from the said case. She has tendered a copy of the Judgment and Order dated 29th November, 2014 passed in Sessions Case No. 714 of 2012, wherein, the present applicant is original accused No.4. The same is taken on record and is marked `X' for identification.

In view of this statement, the application is disposed of as infructuous.
