The learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 makes a statement that the present Petition has become infructuous, in view of subsequent development. The main order itself is set aside by the Court and by an order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.4276 of 2017 the matter is remanded back. Therefore, present Writ Petition arising out of original order passed by the Tahsildar, has become infructuous.
