The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to renew her request for bail, if trial is not concluded within a reasonable period. 2.

Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail for about 4 years, the trial Court shall endeavour to conclude the trial, as early as possible and in any case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The applicant is at liberty to move an application for bail before the trial Court, in case the trial is not concluded as directed above. 3.
