It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that the claimant has suffered 40% permanent physical disability. He is unable to do any work. He has no source of income. Hence, requested to allow the Application.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1/Insurance Company submitted that the Tribunal has awarded compensation on 1/2

I have heard both learned counsel, as applicant has suffered 40% permanent physical disability due to accidental injuries and he needs the amount for daily expenses. Hence, I pass following order.

ORDER

i.

Application is allowed.

ii.

The Applicant is permitted to withdraw the 25% amount, out of deposited amount along with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing an undertaking.

Application is disposed off.
