By this civil application, the applicants seeks condonation of delay of 28 days in filing the civil revision application. Civil application is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents on the ground that the delay has not been explained properly by the applicants. 2.

I have gone through the reasons recorded in the civil application and more particularly paragraphs 5 to 8 thereof. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, delay of 28 days in filing the civil revision application is condoned. Civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
