The death certificate of the respondent no. 1 depicts that the respondent no. 1 expired on 18/02/2020. This fact is noticed by the applicants/appellants during Covid Pandemic and as such, it is claimed that the interim application is within time. 3.

There appears to be substance in claim put forth by learned counsel for the applicants/appellants.
