Having heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned AGP for the State, we deem it appropriate to direct Respondent No.3 to decide the Petitioner's proposal dated 24th August 2015 for alternate land bearing Gat Nos. 1451/2 and 602 admeasuring 2-H 42-R situated at village Uralikanchan, taluka Haveli, district Pune, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

Writ petition is disposed of with above directions. 3.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open. Respondent No. 3 shall decide the said proposal on its own merits and in accordance with law.
