Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned AGP for Respondent No.3.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that the Applicant has filed Appeal against the order of Reference Court. 3.

The learned Registrar Judicial-II by order dated 13 July 2022 granted three weeks time to the Applicant for removal of office objections, failing which registration of First Appeal Stamp shall refused without further reference to the Court. N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

The Applicant could not remove office objection within stipulated time as the Applicant did not notice the order passed by the Registrar. Hence, requested to allow the Application. 5.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Applicant and the reasons mentioned in the Application the order passed by the Registrar Judicial-II dated 13 July 2022 is quashed and set aside.

The Appeal be registered.

The Applicant shall remove office objection within four weeks.

The Application is allowed and disposed of.
