1] This is an application received through jail. The applicant has prayed that the amount of bail and surety, as has been directed to be given in pursuance of order dated 21.7.2014, may be reduced, as till date he could not arrange the same.

2] It appears from the record that this Court by its order dated 21.7.2014 has ordered that the applicant to be released on bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount or two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each. It appears that though this Court had passed an order on 21.7.2014, due to the said condition the applicant is still inside the jail.

3] In view of the facts mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application.

Dond 2/2 appp.747-2014.sxw 4] Hence, the following order:- (i) The condition of bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount or two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each is hereby modified and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more solvent sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The rest of the conditions imposed upon the applicant by order dated 21.7.2014 are not disturbed.

(iii) The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
