... Respondents Mr. S.S. Redekar for the Petitioner.

Mrs. M.M. Deshmukh, APP, for the Respondent-State. Mr. S.V. Marwadi i/b Kartik Garg for the Respondent Nos.2 to 4. CORAM : S.C. DHARMADHIKARI & SMT. BHARATI H. DANGRE, JJ.

MONDAY, 27TH NOVEMBER, 2017 P.C. :

The petitioner having come to know that the girl/lady whom he married is in her parental home and with her parents and aware as he is that this is not his remedy to resume cohabitation with her, on instructions, he has told the advocate to apply for leave to withdraw the writ petition. In these circumstances and because the petition is entirely misconceived, we dispose it off as withdrawn. SMT. BHARATI H. DANGRE, J.
