These Interim Applications are taken out in disposed of Writ Petitions bearing St. No.28567 of 2019 and Writ Petition No. 121 of 2023.

As to a query to the learned counsel for the Applicants, he states that the Division Bench while disposing of the Writ Petitions by order dated 20 March 2023 has granted certain benefits to the Applicant/Respondent No.1, which are not being extended. We have to be mindful, that this application is taken out in a disposed of Writ petitions and as regards alleged non-compliance, Contempt Petition is already moved which is bearing No. 383/2023. According to the learned counsel for the Respondent-MPSC, the order has been complied with. Therefore, this aspect will be taken in the Contempt Petition.
