The learned Counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, makes a submission that the present application be disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to approach the learned Court below with a fresh prayer for grant of bail based on the ground that if the liability in the crime in question is assessed, he can deposit the same, as similar relief, I am informed has been passed on to other co-accused by the learned Court below. The application is not objected.
