The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 158 days in filing the First Appeal. The reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel Mr. N. T. Bhatnagar holding for Mr. T. J. Pandian opposes the application, but ultimately leaves it to this Court. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 158 days in filing the First Appeal stands condoned.
