2/3 behalf of the petitioner submits that, he received instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file appeal before the appropriate authority. To that effect, he has filed application dated 10th October, 2018 duly signed by the Advocate on record. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The same is accepted. 3.

The Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, this Court (Coram : Hon'ble A.S. Sayyed & Hon'ble Manish Pitale, JJ) by order dated 18th December, 2017 granted ad-interim relief in their favour. He submits that, this ad-interim relief to continue for four weeks. Hence, the following order is passed :

(a). The Writ Petition shall stand disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

Ad-interim protection granted by this
