914 wp 3780 4817 & 12517.17.doc regularizing the services of 54 employees in Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital run by Ichalkaranji Municipal Council and absorbing them in Public Health Department from the date of coming into force of the said Government Resolution. Leave with liberty as prayed for, is granted. The writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and, all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept expressly open.

Needless to say that the interim relief granted in favour of the petitioners stands vacated.
