This is an application for bail in respect of the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 109 of the Indian Penal Code (hereafter 'IPC' for short) registered on 7/6/2023 vide C.R. No.502/2022 with Wakad Police Station, Pune. 3.

It is the accusation that the applicant killed her husband. The applicant was arrested on 8/6/2022. The applicant had initially reported the incident as a suicide. Later post-mortem reveals that there was compression on the neck of the deceased and there was head injury. It is the 1/2

It is the contention of learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has three years old daughter who is staying with her relatives. It is prayed that earlier postmortem clearly reveals that this is a case of suicide. 5.

In the facts and circumstances of the present case, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail presently. The application is rejected.

The learned trial Court is requested to expedite the trial, if possible.

Liberty to apply for bail after six months depending on the progress of the trial.

The application is disposed of.
