1] By an Order dated 27.10.2016, the applicant was granted interim relief.
2] I have perused the record annexed to the present application. It reveals that the applicant is the owner of the premises where the "FuelPump", Hukka parlor was being conducted by the accused No.1-Amitsingh R. Salooja. It further appears that the applicant has given the said premises to the accused No.1 on leave and licence basis for conducting a restaurant. The applicant was not present at the time when the raid was conduced by the police on 14.10.2016. At the time of said raid, one minor girl was found smoking Hukka. In view thereof, according to me the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. However, the applicant can

3] In view of the above, the interim order dated 27.10.2016 is hereby confirmed. The applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 11.00 a.m to 2.00 p.m till submission of final report.
