P.C.:- Mr. Salunkhe, the learned counsel for the Petitioners at the outset makes a statement that he is restricting his Petition to the relief claimed in prayer clause (b). By the said prayer, the Petitioner has sought direction to the Respondent No.3 to dispose of his application dated 1.9.2016, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-'B'. The learned AGP has no objection to grant the said prayer. 2.

In the above circumstances, we deem it convenient to dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondent No.3 to decide the Petitioners' application, copy of which is at Exhibit-'B', as expeditiously Megha 1/2

Megha 10_wp_13049_2017.doc as possible, preferrably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. 3.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all points and contentions are kept open. The Respondent No.3 shall decide the said application of the Petitioners on its own merits and in accordance with law.
