The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 480 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471, 420 Indian Penal Code and Sections 10, 11 and 12 of the Maharashtra Act No.XXIII of 2001. The applicant was protected by this Court vide order dated 23rd September, 2016.

The applicant has appeared before the Investigation Officer who has already recorded the statement of the applicant. 5).

Looking to the nature of the allegations against the applicant and having regard to the fact that the applicant is available for investigation and for the purpose of prosecution, the custodial interrogation is reported to be not required. 6).

Hence, the following order.

(i) In the event of arrest in Crime No. 480 of 2016 registered with Juhu Police Station, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount. (ii) The applicant to attend police station as and when called. (N.W. SAMBRE, J)
