No.973/2018. 2) Learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw by JYOTI RAJESH MANE Date: 2024.04.02 11:49:54 +0530 the Petition with liberty to adopt alternate remedy under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure, before the trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.
