.
This Court has already issued notice on 21/11/2018 and made it returnable today. Petitioner's son has suffered accident and in relation to it FIR No.171/2017 is already registered on 21/5/2017 under Sections 279, 338, 427 of IPC and under Section 184 of the Motor Vehicles Act. 2.
Grievance of the petitioner is that thereafter there is no investigation. Learned APP is seeking time as instructions are still awaited. 3.
In the situation we direct respondent No.3 to complete investigation within a period of 3 months from today and to submit appropriate report in the Competent Court in accordance with law. 4.
If during investigation any other offence is found to be made out (including Section 304-A) same shall also be considered. With this direction and with liberty to the petitioner to approach Competent Court again if his grievance survives even thereafter, we dispose of the writ petition.
