Heard. Perused the representation dated 7th October 2014 addressed to the General Manager (HR), Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers, Mumbai. It is submitted that the petitioners accepted voluntary retirement scheme. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it was assured to the petitioners that in future, if the Plant is restarted, petitioners will be re-employed. As they were not re-employed, the petitioners have filed this petition.

In the facts of the case, we are not inclined to entertain this petition in our extra ordinary writ jurisdiction. The petitioners may resort to alternate remedy as may be permissible in law. Petition is disposed of. (A.S. GADKARI, J.) (NARESH H. PATIL, J.) Sanjay Nanoskar, P.S..
