The Applicant, apprehending arrest, in connection with investigation of Crime No.511/2021 of Police Station Bhosari M.I.D.C., Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune, under Section 467, 468, 471 and 200 r/w. 34 of IPC, is seeking anticipatory bail. 2.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3.
The record discloses that interim protection was granted to the Applicant on 23 December 2021 on condition of attendance and the same is operating till today. Indisputedly, the Applicant has Mamta Kale page 1 of 3
reported to the Investigating Officer and has cooperated in the matter of investigation.

The learned counsel for the Applicant states that the investigation is complete and the chargesheet is filed. 5.
The facts disclose that an offence under the provisions of the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1986(PITA Act) was registered against the Applicant and after he was released on bail, preventive action under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. was taken against him, in which the Applicant furnished the surety of one Mr. Chandrakant Kulkarni. The papers of the surety are found to be forged and fabricated. It can prima facie be seen that it was the surety's papers which were allegedly found to be forged and fabricated. The Applicant claims that he has no knowledge about these documents furnished by the surety and in any event, all the relevant documents have already been seized and the investigation being complete, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not necessary. 6.
In such circumstances, the Criminal Application is disposed of in terms of the order dated 23 December 2021, subject to the condition that if required, the Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer and shall cooperate in further investigation, if any and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence / witnesses.
