These are applications for intervention by the first informant in CR No.264/2018 registered with Hinjawadi Police Station,Pune . 2.

For the reasons stated in the applications, applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicants in ABA Nos.1787/2018, 1125/2018, 1802/2018 are hereby directed to implead the first informant-Nikita V. Wakadkar as respondent No.2. The said amendment be carried out within a period one week from today and an amended copy of the respective application be served upon the learned counsel for the first informant within the same stipulated period.
