Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

This review petition is filed against the order dated 22.09.2014 passed by the Division Bench of this Court whereby Civil Application No.245 of 2014 preferred by the review petitioner for stay of the Judgment and

Decree passed by the Family Court was decided. The family Court had granted maintenance in the sum of Rs.30,000/- and Rs.30,000/- towards rent on failure to give 1 BHK flat to the respondent/wife. For the reasons stated in Civil Application No.245 of 2014, this Court by order dated 22.09.2014 reduced the amount of maintenance from Rs.30,000/- to Rs.20,000/- and the amount of Rs.30,000/- which was rent in lieu of accommodation was also reduced to Rs.20,000/- and the Civil Application was disposed of. It is against this order that this review petition has been filed.

Considered the contention canvassed by the learned counsel for the review petitioner and perused the impugned order. Considering the purport of the impugned order, no case is made out for showing indulgence. There is no error apparent which would warrant the exercise of the jurisdiction in review. We, therefore, do not find any substance in the

review petition, hence, the review petition is dismissed.
