Learned AGP waives service for respondent nos. 1 to 3. None appeared for the respondent nos. 4 and 5 inspite of service. 3.

A common issue arises in these writ petitions that the representation of the petitioners for granting approval to the respective post of the petitioners has not been considered by the respondent nos. 2 and 3 till date.

We direct the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to consider and decide the representations referred in the prayer clauses of the respective Writ Petitions within a period of eight weeks from today. The decisions taken on those representations in respective petitions shall be communicated to the respective petitioners within a period of one week thereafter.

The Writ Petitions are disposed of in aforesaid terms. 6.

Rule is made absolute accordingly.

7.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 8.

There shall be no order as to costs.
