Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 17 January 2017 in Writ Petition No.3238 of 2015, in the light of the reply affidavit with regard to payment of compensation. 2.

So far as the possession of the land in question is concerned, the petitioners say that they are in possession of the property. Therefore, there is no need to opine that restoration of the possession of the land to the petitioners must be made as indicated in the above referred order.
