Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 25.08.2015 passed by the District Judge 3 Malegaon below Exhibit- 12 in civil appeal No.32/2011.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the Writ Petition, said civil appeal was finally decided by the Trial Court. Hence, noting survives in the Writ Petition. 3.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous in view of subsequent development.
