Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. The following order is passed, by consent :- (a) The impugned order passed by the Member, Industrial Court No.1, Maharashtra, Kolhapur in Revision Application (ULP) Nos. 105 and 116 of 2013, dated st July, 2015 is set aside.

(b) An amount of Rs.1,00,000/- alongwith interest at the rate of 10% per annum thereon from 24 th May, 2013 till date shall be paid by the Respondent to the Petitioner within a period of one week from the date of this order. (c) Upon payment of the said amount with interest as directed, the parties shall have no claim of whatsoever nature against each other in respect of the subject matter of the above Writ Petition.
