It is alleged, on account of trivial dispute, the applicant and other three persons (one of them is Juvenile in conflict with law) assaulted, Pinki Gurnani, by iron rod and other dangerous weapons. Applicant was apprehended on 05.07.2019. It is reported two coaccused are enlarged on bail. Learned counsel for the applicant has 1/3

brought to my notice injury certificate which shows injured suffered simple injuries. It appears injured was admitted as a indoor patient for a day. The investigation in the case is over. No criminal antecedents are pointed out against the application. Trial is not likely to commence and conclude in the near future. Applicants presence for the trial can be secured by imposing condition. The Application is, therefore, granted on aforesaid terms and conditions.

ORDER

(i) The applicant is directed to be enlarged on bail in C.R. No.175 of 2019 registered with Hill Line Police Station upon furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(ii) The applicant shall inform particulars of his residence and mobile contact number and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station; (iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case;

The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
