After hearing the learned counsel for the respective applicants at length, when this court was not inclined to grant any relief to the applicants, the learned counsel on instructions from the applicants, who are present in the court, seeks leave to withdraw the applications bearing Anticipatory Bail Application No.1672/2015, 1673/2015, 1674/2015 and 1675/2015. Leave granted. The aforesaid applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
3/3 2) The learned counsel for the respective applicant seeks liberty of the applicants to surrender before the Investigating Officer on Saturday i.e. on 05.12.2015. They submit that that the applicants will surrender before the Investigating Officer on 5.12.2015 at 9.00 a.m. The said statement is accepted. In the intervening period, the applicants shall mark their presence with the concerned Investigating Officer between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. from tomorrow i.e. 02.12.2015.
3) All the contentions of the respective applicants are kept open, to be argued before the learned Trial Court in Regular Bail Applications.
4) In view of the dismissal of the aforesaid Anticipatory Bail Applications, nothing survives in the intervention applications filed by the interveners bearing Criminal Application Nos. 940 of 2015 in ABA NO.1672 of 2015, Criminal Application No.942 of 2015 in ABA NO.1673 of 2015, Criminal Application No.941 of 2015 in ABA No.1674 of 2015 and Criminal Application No. 943 of 2015 in ABA No.1675 of 2015 and the same are accordingly disposed of.
