The parties have tendered the consent terms dated 12/01/2015 duly signed by Ms.Vijaylaxmi Prasana Bidari - Municipal Commissioner of Municipal Corporation of City of Kolhapur (for short 'K.M.C.') and Mr.Ramesh H.Desai - President of respondent No.13Union as also their Advocates.

Mr. Bandiwadekar states that petitioner No.1 - Prashant Ramesh Pandat is present in the Court. Mr.Mane states that authorised representative of Municipal Commissioner of K.M.C. - Mr.Sarjerao Patil, Junior Clerk is present in the Court. Mr.Bapat states that respondent No.6 - Sunil Kerba Bidri & respondent No.7 - Vilas Shamrao Salokhe are present in the Court. Mr.Bukhari states that respondent No.12 - Sanjay Rangrao Sirnaik is present in the Court. The parties admit and confirm the correctness of the consent terms. The learned Counsel appearing for the parties state that petition may be disposed of in terms of the consent terms dated 12/01/2015. The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. After hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the parties and after perusing the consent terms, I am satisfied that the controversy between the parties is amicably and lawfully settled in terms of the consent terms dated 12/01/2015.

In view thereof, the petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms dated 12/01/2015 and the judment and order dated 05/11/2014 passed by the learned Member, Industrial Court No.1, Kolhapur in Complaint (ULP)No. 122 of 2002 is quashed and set aside and the said complaint is dismissed by consent of the parties. Order accordingly.
