Mr. Behany, learned Advocate appearing for respondent no.5 states that after the present application for modification of the order dated 26th July, 2016 was filed/passed, the parties have arrived at settlement in the application filed by the respondents and consent order dated 26th July, 2016 has been passed in view of the settlement. He submits that the modification sought in the present application being covered by the consent order, the present application does not survive. Copy of the order dated 27th October, 2016 produced by Mr. Behany is taken on file. In view thereof, the application is disposed off as infructous.
