Applicants have filed this Civil Application praying for bringing on record applicant Nos.1(a) to 1(f) in the Civil Revision Application No.639 of 2016 as the legal heirs of the Applicant Dattatraya Kashinath Dixit who expired on 13th July 2017.

Perused the application. The Civil Revision Application is pending for admission. It is in the interest of justice that the Civil Application is allowed. Accordingly, it is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). 3.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title within two weeks from today.
