This application has been pending in this Court for a long period of time. Vide order dated 5th August, 2014, the learned counsel for the applicant made a statement that the Director of the applicant company has expired and he intents to bring his legal heirs on record. The application was adjourned. The applicant was permitted to amend the application to bringing on record the legal representatives of the applicant. However, the said amendment has not carried out. It appears that the applicant is not interested in pursuing this application. Hence, dismissed for want of prosecution.
