The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner Shri Raja Thakare seeks to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 07/09/2017 by way of a Revision before the Sessions Court. The above Writ Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In the event, the issue of limitation arises, the fact that the Petitioner was prosecuting the instant Writ Petition in this Court from 12/10/2017 till date would be taken into consideration by the Sessions Court.
