Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Learned AGP waives service of notice for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Learned counsel Mr. Gole waives service of notice for Respondent No. 3. By consent of parties, petition is taken up for final hearing. 2.

It is mentioned in the petition that two different authorities have issued conflicting certificates, recommending different percentage of disability. It is the prayer of the Petitioner that 1 / 2

WP. 5284-17 in view of the issuing such a certificate, it is appropriate if the Petitioner is re-examined by Respondent No. 5 Board and a fresh certificate be issued to her. We find that grievance of the Petitioner needs to be redressed. Writ petition is disposed of, directing Respondent No. 5 to examine the Petitioner to find out her percentage of disability and issue a certificate in that regard. This exercise shall be done within a period of four weeks from today. Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
