Mr. Madhul Rai i/b. PRS Legal for the Petitioner. Ms. Nisha Mehra, AGP for Respondent-State Mr. Sanjay Kadam i/b. Kadam and Company for Respondent No.7. ....

CORAM : Smt. Vasanti A Naik, J.

DATE : 17th November, 2017.

P.C. :

We find on a reading of the writ petition, the grounds raised therein and the order dated 27.06.2013, that was rendered by the Court in the presence of the counsel for the parties that the only ground that is now sought to be argued in the review application that the respondent No.4 had admitted in its audited balance sheet that on 31.03.1997 an amount of Rs.19,99,258 was due was not argued when the order dated 27.06.2013 was passed. It would not be proper to entertain the said ground for the first time in the review application, more so when this Court has, after hearing the learned counsel for the parties disposed of the writ petition by recording reasons for not interfering with the concurrent findings of facts, recorded by the authorities under the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act.

Sudhir Rane 901-RPWST-30105-2015 (aft.).doc Since no ground is made out in the review petition for reviewing the order dated 27.06.2013 in writ petition No.4943/2012, we dismiss the review petition. The same is disposed of accordingly.
