This is an application for amendment in the application for condonatin of delay as well as the criminal application for leave to appeal and memo of the appeal. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. She points out that initially one application for grant of leave along with an application for condonation of delay is filed for avk 1/2
10-APPP-1209-2018.doc challenging the common judgment passed in three criminal appeals. However, subsequently, the instant application for leave to file appeal is restricted only to challenge the common judgment in respect of one of the appeal and the applicant has filed another application for leave to appeal challenging the judgment and order passed in another criminal appeal. Therefore, the applicant wants to effect necessary amendment so as to restrict the scope of application for condonation of delay, application for leave to appeal as well as memo of appeal to challenge only one appellate order in concerned criminal appeal.
In this view of the matter, the following order:
ORDER
i) The application for amendment is allowed.
ii) Amendment be effected within the period of two weeks. Iii) The application is accordingly disposed of.
