1] The petitioner and respondent are present before me alongwith their learned counsels and submit that the matter is amicably settled between them and they will be filing Consent Terms in the Family court proceeding bearing No.A.3046 of 2013. Copy of the Consent Terms is produced on record and for the purpose of identification, it is marked as "X" .

16 WP 13382 OF 2016.odt amicably settled between the parties, writ petition stands disposed. 3] In view of paragraph No.4 of the Consent Terms, the petitioner, is at liberty to withdraw an amount of Rs.3,00,0000/- deposited in this Court and to act as per the undertakings given in paragraph No.2(B)(iii )of the Consent Terms.

4] On disposal of this writ petition, ad-interim stay granted earlier, automatically stands vacated.
