It is fairly stated that later on there were orders passed in the writ petition and the civil writ petition itself came to be disposed of as a result of which the barbed wire fencing

In the facts and circumstances of the present case and when the statutory authorities are also arrayed as respondents, we do not think that we should pursue the contempt petition. It is disposed of.
