The Petitioners are seeking an appropriate writ, order and directions directing the Respondents to allot the flats to the government nominees, or release the unallotted flats under the Chief Minister Discretionary Quota in their favour. The Petitioners have filed the petition on 19.11.2015. There is a gross delay in filing the petition. Hence, we decline to issue writ to the Respondents. Respondents, however, may consider this petition as a representation of the Petitioner and decide the same within three months. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
