1] The Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the decision of the Respondent No.1 allotting the premises owned by him to Respondent No.7 school.

2] It is the contention of the Petitioners that the Petitioners are also running their school within the same vicinity and as such action of the Respondent No.1 in allotting the building to Respondent No.7 is not sustainable.

3] We fail to understand reason to file such a Petition. It is the sweet will of the owner of the property to allot it to whoever it desire. The Petition is therefore rejected.
