The applicant had earlier approached this Court vide LD/VC/DIST/Criminal Bail Application No.128/2020. This Court vide order dated 5.8.2020 had allowed the application to be withdrawn unconditionally after the matter was argued for some time and after I had expressed my disinclination to grant relief.

Now again the same applicant has filed this by PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE Date:

2022.02.28 12:03:27 +0530 PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE application for the same relief. No change of circumstances on merits is pointed out. Only submission made by learned counsel for the applicant is that the charges are not yet framed.

I do not see any change in the circumstances on merits and the earlier application was withdrawn unconditionally. Therefore, learned counsel for the applicant does not press this application, he however, prays for some direction to the trial Court to conduct the trial expeditiously. That request is reasonable. Hence, the following order : :: O R D E R ::

i.This application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. However, learned trial Judge is requested to frame the charges as early as possible and to take steps to conclude the trial as early as possible. ii.The application is disposed of accordingly. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.) Deshmane (PS)
