This is an application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for bail before filing of charge sheet.

After hearing learned counsel for the Applicant, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief at this stage, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the trial Court after submission of final report by the concerned investigating agency.
