Mr. Sarda, the learned Counsel for Applicant has tendered the copy of praecipe and in categorical terms makes a statement that Applicant has deposited the Demand Draft for an amount of Rs.2,10,000/- in this Court. The said statement is accepted. In view thereof, the following order is passed.

ORDER

(A) In the event of arrest in Crime No. 589 of 2018 punishable under Section 381 of the Indian Penal Code, the Applicant be released on executing PR Bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

2/2 Yadav 911.aba.2041.18 (B) The Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer on 8th 11th and 14th January 2019 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed.

(C) The Applicant shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution nor influence the prosecution witnesses.
