The petitioner does not appear to have taken any steps to obtain copy of FIR. He is not in position to disclose date on which FIR has been lodged. Only on the strength of some newspaper report, the petition has been filed. Effort is to show that if grievance of nature as reported in newspaper is registered as FIR, it would affect his reputation. Certain documents are annexed with the petition for purpose of urging that such report would be false.

We keep all contentions of the petitioner open and with liberty to him to take necessary steps in accordance with law, we dispose of the present petition.
