DATE: AUGUST 24, 2022 P.C.:- 1] This Court vide order dated 14/12/2010 granted Rule in the Petition. Ad-interim relief was granted in terms of prayer clause (c) and hearing of the Petition was expedited.

2] Petition was listed on board on 7/10/2022. Since none appeared for the Petitioner, Petition was dismissed for nonprosecution. 3] Perused the Application for restoration.

4] Learned AGP would oppose the prayer for restoration on the ground that that Application is moved at belated stage that too 1/2

5] Perusal of the Application reflects that there is sufficient reason cited for restoration of the Writ Petition. As, sufficient cause is made out, Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (c), subject to payment of costs of Rs 3000/- to be paid to Kirtikar Law Library within four weeks from today.
