Mr. Soni, learned Counsel for the applicant states that by order dated 20th February, 2018, Civil Application was allowed and Civil Revision Application No.296 of 2011 was restored subject to payment of costs of Rs. 52,000/- (Rs. 50,000+ 2000 earlier costs) to be paid within two weeks.

Mr. Soni submits that there is delay in complying the order dated 20th February, 2018 and the time may be extended to comply the said order till date. He states that he has handed over demand draft of Rs. 50,000/- and cash of Rs. 2,000/- to Mr. Bhalekar, learned Counsel for the respondents.

In view thereof, time stipulated in the order dated 20th February, 2018 is extended till today and Civil Revision Application No.296 of 2011 along with interim order is restored to the file of this Court.

List the Civil Revision Application No. 296 of 2011 for admission on 26th March, 2018.
